Prepare ahead of time
We want you to have the best experience with the least amount of inconvenience. To accomplish this goal, we need your help in doing a little preparation for your cleaning visit…
Do not wait until when the technician arrives to start getting ready. We typically will have an appointment after yours and we do not like to be late; therefore out of respect for the next customer’s appointment; be ready. See the following list below to get ready.
1. Declutter & Vacuum
Clear as much floor space as possible in the areas to be cleaned before the cleaning technician arrives. Debris on your floor such as paper clips, hair pins, toys, and socks can serve as a hazard and just get in the way. Too much debris on the floor slows down the cleaning process and the effectiveness of the equipment to clean the carpet. It is not mandatory that you vacuum but is highly recommended. It is a good idea to remove the top layer of dirt and hair so that the technician can do the deep cleaning you are paying for.
2. Pets
Always keep you pets contained in a safe out of the way place so our cleaning will not disturb them.
3. Free up a parking spot:
We use truck-mounted equipment; the technicians will need to park their vehicle as close as possible to an entry door or garage in order to run hoses for the cleaning equipment. Make sure your family's vehicles aren't obstructing the work.
